The falafel pita ($14) is the thing we're known for and the thing most people come back for — chickpeas soaked overnight, ground fresh, fried when you order it, wrapped with hummus, tahina, Israeli salad and pickles. If you want something a little different, the sabich ($14) — fried eggplant, soft egg, the same trimmings — is the other one regulars swear by.
Everything is fried to order, which is why it's good and why it isn't instant. At peak lunch, ten minutes is a fair estimate.
